If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the sealed bottle/ pack, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds or replacements are subject to investigation and approval based on SANBWA and quality assurance protocols to maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
